Our Story

At Lemon Thrillers, we pride ourselves on serving up the best lemonade you’ve ever tasted. Our process is finely tuned after years of perfecting it, and we give the tantalizing experience right in front of you. We slice a full, plump lemon into eight pieces in an industrial slicer, add sugar, and move on to the pneumatic smasher. With 80 pounds of pressure, we crush everything into a lemony brine. Then, we add fresh berries and flavors of your choosing and quartered ice before filling to the brim with filtered, ice-cold water. Our Lemonoligists vigorously shake it all together for a perfect, mouthwatering 32 oz. thirst quencher.

The origins of Lemon Thrillers are just as intriguing as the drink itself. It all began in Monmouth, Oregon, with Chaz Hofmann. While attending university, he decided to pay off his student loans as a drink vendor. lemonade was an obsession starting at an early age, with multiple summers of selling on the corner as a young boy, He knew it was a perfect fit. Putting everything together, learning how to run a business, and being accepted into the first show was a huge challenge, but he persevered. In July of 2016, at their first show, Lemon Thrillers was born! Since then, they have doubled our bookings every year and are now proud to serve at some of the biggest and oldest fairs in Oregon.
